Jeanne Spradling, Reflexologist
Hi my name is Jeanne Spradling, I have been a certified Reflexologist since I was 22 I have been practicing for 15 years now and for the last 12 years with Rodrock Chiropractic Clinic. Reflexology is a wonderful therapy that works by focusing and stimulating the nerve endings in the hands and feet which creates a reflex response to the corresponding organ and tissues of the body. I leaned an all over body reflex, I work on the hands, feet, digestive systems and the sinus. Reflexology promotes relaxation, healing and helps the body regain normative balance. I also enjoy doing massage which is a manipulation of the muscles and connective tissues to reduce tension and enhance blood flow to promote relaxation and healing, I like to mix the two therapies together so my clients get the most out both therapies.
