Mary Kaiser, CA
Mary Kaiser has been with us at Rodrock for 2 years now and has fully embraced the chiropractic world! Mary enjoys the simple things in life: nature, hiking in the mountains, and her four legged daughter Riley. Mary has such a positive disposition about her, and is always willing to help patients anyway she can. Come say hi!
Nichelle Nichols, Massage Therapist
Nichelle Nichols graduated from Massage Therapy Training Institute in 2007. She has nearly 13 years of experience doing various soft tissue/muscle therapies. She works with her client using several massage techniques to help achieve their goals. Some of her techniques are:
Myofascial release/deep tissue massage – The primary goal is to reduce tension and increase range of motion. Often used to help with tendinitis and other forms of repetitive use injuries.
Chinese Cupping – This ancient therapy is very useful in releasing connective tissue. Cupping increases blood flow to the injury to promote healing while also helping to rid the body of excess toxins and inflammation. See for yourself why many athletes, including Michael Phelps, are benefiting from this therapy!
Lymphatic drainage – This gentle massage technique is used to promote better circulation, and reduce inflammation. This modality is beneficial for people recovering from illness, or wish to reduce edema or fluid retention.
