Carrie Combs has been the chiropractic assistant at the Lawrence clinic since 2013. Her job is to connect with people, to interact with them in a way that makes them feel comfortable and cared for in our clinic. Carrie and her husband, Tyson have a dog and two cats at home. In her spare time, she enjoys sailing, cooking, cross-fitting and reading. Carrie is passionate about chiropractic, and believes that it can create change that will last a lifetime.
Mary Kaiser, CA
Mary Kaiser: recently new to the chiropractic world has now been with the Rodrock family for a year. Mary enjoys the simple things in life: nature, hiking in the mountains, and her four legged daughter Riley.
Nichelle Nichols, Massage Therapist
Nichelle Nichols graduated from Massage Therapy Training Institute in 2007. She has nealry 11 years of expereince doing varirous soft tissue/muscle therapies. She works with her client using several massage techniques to help achieve their goals. Some of her techniques are:
Myofascial release/deep tissue massage – The primary goal is to reduce tension and increase range of motion. Often used to help with tendonitis and other forms of repetitive use injuries.
Chinese Cupping – This ancient therapy is very useful in releasing connective tissue. Cupping increases blood flow to the injury to promote healing while alao helping to rid the body of excess toxins and inflammation. Lymphatic drainage – This gentle massage technique is used to promote better circulation, and reduce inflammation. This modality is beneficial for people recovering from illness, or wish to reduce edema or fluid retention.
Mike Kelley, Massage Therapist
Mike Kelley specializes in clinical, sports, deep tissue massage. He has been a Massage Therapist for about 18 years and has a strong passion for helping people stay out of pain, as well as coaching for football and strength training.
He has been with us here at Rodrock Chiropractic since the very beginning and plays a huge part of our family wellness approach.
